There was a time when working from home was a pipe dream, Segment of Working from home has come to the stage recently because of the difficulties caused by the Covid 19 pandemic situation. Working from home defines, that employees involving their duties from there residence or any other place convenient to them other than physically going to the offices. Work will be done remotely. A person involves in working from home can do his office work as well as home required assignments simultaneously. Allowing employees to work from home in order to encourage a better work/life balance can lead to improvements in health and well-being. If employees engaged to their work in the office premises, managers, and supervisors can see what they are doing, what is the productivity, the time they appear to the work place, the time they leave the office and they can make an asses the time period of certain duties. But when people work from home, the bosses can’t see the time duration the employees are engaging to the work.

  4. New concept which is beginning under the covid 19 situation. There are many advantages and disadvantages of this. some job roles can never play at the home. ex: Bankers, doctors, Security officers, media runners and etc. can gather good knowledge about the concept and all round good article to read.
