caused by the Covid 19 pandemic situation. Working from home defines, that employees
involving their duties from there residence or any other place convenient to
them other than physically going to the offices. Work will be done remotely. A
person involves in working from home can do his office work as well as home
required assignments simultaneously. Allowing employees to work from home in
order to encourage a better work/life balance can lead to improvements in

Effect of working from home has been described briefly by the author & reader will be able to get an idea clear idea of the working from home effect that has to faced for the organizations. With the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, home working has given some employers the flexibility they need to continue their business operations while prioritizing staff and customer health and wellbeing as part of their public health responsibility. Author has well described the effects of working from home.

There are many advantages and disadvantages of this. some job roles can never play at the home. ex: Bankers, doctors, Security officers, media runners and etc. can gather good knowledge about the concept and all round good article to read.
