Bad bosses can be a serious issue. But quitting is not an
immediate option, there are some general approaches that can help you manage
the situation.

Employee turnover can be defined as the rate of movement of employees in and out of the organizations. Supervisory style plays a significant role in shaping employee turnover(Armstrong, 2006).
ReplyDeleteAuthor has explained the adverse link between the Employee turnover and the discourteous bosses. Rude bosses are ridiculing workers, let them down in front of others, accusing them of incompetence, blaming them, lying to them, or not giving them credit for their work(Moss, 2016).
My point of view is in this present scenario bosses should treat employees with kindness and tact. Value and respect them. Should make requests not demands.
