Artificial intelligence is ready to attack our daily lives in a variety of ways, including the workplaces of many people. In some places we used the remote to control the lighting system, to lock and unlock the car.In everyday use, artificial intelligence is being used in our workplaces to help us work more efficiently. In many places it is already happening. Just as marketers have discovered the power of chatboats to personalize a ride experience, HR leaders have begun to adjust chatboats to transform employee experiences.9(Maesters)

Technology, the new generation of labor, the human intelligence of artificial intelligence, the generation of labor, etc., have become the main factors influencing the transformation and survival of the changing environment of the new generation of labor enterprises.

Artificial intelligence has become a key factor in the survival and transformation of entrepreneurs in a changing environment. (Artel), 2018. Machine intelligence is a very sophisticated interdisciplinary science that copies human abilities and intelligent behavior. 

The benefits we get from artificial intelligence

The positive aspects of artificial intelligence are,

- Allows you to perform complex tasks that have hitherto been difficult to accomplish without significant financial cost.

- 24x7 is active seven days a week without any interruptions or crashes so there is no idle time.

- Improves the abilities of people with different abilities and talents.

- They have huge market potential and can be used for their development across industries.

- The process facilitates decision making by making tasks faster and more efficient.


Possible Disadvantages of Artificial Intelligence

-A artificial intelligence has to carry a high level of activism,

-Inability of human restoration becomes a serious threat,

-Like human labor, not advanced with experience,

Just as it is dangerous to have more than the required amount, so is this artificial intelligence. It shows the advancement of the science of manufacturing machines as well as engineering. The science of intelligent machine building and engineering is important. Along with the model of human intelligence, especially in computer systems, it involves learning information about the processes between machines and learning the rules for using it. The visible global context of artificial intelligence and human resources
 

In general, product review analysis involves extracting information from product documents. The contextual element contained in a review information document can enhance the results obtained from the psychoanalysis task.

In this regard, this article proposes an approach that takes into account the local and global context. The main contribution to this work is threefold. First, the local context is defined and the sense used to assign the correct meaning of a word in the context of a sentence is systematically expanded.

  1. I feel author has not discussed how AI transformation impact on HR activity. Since the subject of the article is "Artificial Intelligence And Human Resource" it better to discussed more on HR impact of this new intervention.

    Artificial intelligent (AI) will not be replaced all HR function. But more or less most data gathering & analysis part of the HR can be replace with AI such as attendance, payroll, employee information, Performance management information, CV database, leavers details etc.

    Not only the HR function, other organizational function also can be replace with AI based technology. In that case HR have to play a major role during the transition. Training needs analysis need to be done, grievance should be managed positively etc.

  2. Top business leaders are accelerating the adoption of technologies they view as crucial to digital transformation efforts to help them succeed in this unpredictable VUCA(Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment(Kingdon, 2021).

    According to Syed (2020) a huge number of workers have reportedly lost their jobs due to the installation of AI in companies. My point of view that, AI will require people to use it, to work for it, to train it and to measure the information it collects. It will create more job opportunities in some extent. Artificial intelligence does not replace the workers in the workplace.
